Compensation for not being able to play
Hi!
Over the last few weeks i’ve had lots of contact with support via this case number 193800928
I could play any rival/champions games because my game would freeze right away and say “Connection to opponent has been lost” Or give me a black screen forcing me to quit the game resulting in a loss for me.
In the multiple Contacts i had they told me it was a known global issue and that they where working on it, today it seems to be finally resolved i’ve been able to play 2 games with no issues while before i couldn’t even play 1.
Now my question is, will there be any sorts of compensation? because i’ve been unable to play for almost 1,5 month! Missed out on 6 champions weekend, Countless of rivals/match rewards, Evos, Season pass XP, you name it. Seems really unfair to me.
