Consistent Speed Up Lag in FC25 Online Games

Since yesterday morning, every online game I've gone into has had unplayable speed up lag occuring every 5-10 seconds. This only happens online but I have never had problems with my connection before...

@dan45greg67ory8 yesterday I had huge speed up lag that cost me 3 conceded goals.
