Controller freezing and delay

hi fc community. I have given up on the game for a long time because I am facing freezing on the controller. I only notice this freezing on FC 25 and only in online modes. I have tried everything from technical issues but I think something else is wrong. All this has been bothering me a lot and is ruining my experience in a game that I love. plzzzzzzzz ea do somethink to help me. I am sure that very much person have the same problem as me ON PC. BUT IF THIS IS NOT SOLVED BEFORE FC 26 I WILL NOT BUY FC 26
