Create a Club

Hey I was wondering if this was at all possible. I’m looking to create multiple custom clubs and use them in the tournaments mode.

I want to create all the local amateur clubs in my area and then create the local league to play the season with them but cannot find a way to do this. 

is there anyway to create multiple custom clubs and use them in custom tournaments like this?
