We use solved posts to request more info, pass on info and so forth for many issues.

So why is every post moved to the same thread and then ZERO communication afterwards?

there’s so many people saying the same thing that they are still missing the stuff from fc24 that we were supposed to get over two weeks ago now and NOBODY can be bothered to address this since it was claimed to have all been fixed.

Hey @Stewdinho83 if a post is moved then it is because we want to keep all info and reports of an issue in the same place to make it easier for our team.

Any updates will be shared in those threads.

The last post by any ea staff states it’s fixed. It’s clearly not. Can you not see how as effectively customer service staff for the community you are not providing us with enough information? 

Funny how here they say its under investigation.

We need to stand up for ourselves and the community.

Personally I think it’s better they address issues openly instead of hiding them in posts where they claim it’s fixed and here we are now 3 weeks later and they still say it’s fixed with zero comments since.

Ea have given an answer as you say, but not commented afterwards to admit the issue is still ongoing. Plus it would be good to say you’re moving it. I had no idea it had been moved at first so assumed it was being deleted to hide their issues.

but thanks for adding yet nothing to another post. Hope you’re getting the attention from ea for commenting on everything but j out addressing the actual issue. But so long as it’s easier for ea, god forbid someone actually did some work and provide actual customer service
