Did not receive my Weekend League rewards

I barely completed my Weekend League (because of the servers being down) so when I went to collect the rewards it said:

”Could not give some rewards. Please contact customer support.”

How do I handle this? EA’s chats are not open.

Forget about it, no one from EA will answer to you! No one will solve your problem, it’s happening to many players and EA doesn’t do anything about it! DONT BUY THIS RUBBISH ANYMORE!!!
