I put the Diego Maradona card into an evo to give him shadow striker ++ but now he does not go into Diego's dream. Is there any way to reset my account and get a fresh version of him to do the evo?

Surely EA should help the people that made an honest mistake and should restrict the card from going into evos that would mess up the chain? How is it fair on the people that have waited weeks for the card and now can’t use it like everyone else because of an honest mistake?
