directx function error
i was playing ea fc 25 as everyday , then i wanted to increase my fps a little ore so i increased refresh rate to 120 hz as my pc is 165 hz and i increased the frames to 120 frame , i wanted to test it only then i will go back to 60 fps, i was in the middle of game then game crashed and then this message appeared , after that i updated my graphics card which is rtx 3060 , but the message still pop up , i downloaded direct x the latest version and still , i searched in youtube and i did every thing , i deleted the game and downloaded it but still the same , i deleted my game saved data and replaced it by new one still the same , i dont know what also to do i am trying to solve this problem for 2 hours but nothing happened
Hey @BODYRadwan Here are some steps you can try:
- Try deleting the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)
- After launching the game create a new personal Settings 1 profile.
- if you have GeForce Experience: Game Optimizer, use it to set your game settings.
- Do a clean installation of your drivers and create gaming profile. Follow this link
- Make sure you have all Windows updates installed
