On your unassigned pile, did you receive both a loan and normal card together? And is one of them shown as a duplicate?
Did you try to restart the game and check unassigned pile again?
If you had lots of players quick sold, then it may appear on other pages on quick sell recovery. Try going back and forward using Next/Previous page options. Sometimes it appears after a few pages.
