How to contact EA help

I asked on Monday how to contact EA chat. A mod posted a link to another post, the link to the other post has a link to EA help. The link goes to a help page with NO option to talk to an advisor.

Then my original post was marked as solved by a mod. The issue is not solved as I still can't find anyway to contact EA chat.

    That link will open up the FAQ 'How to get help with your EA Account' which shares the steps you can take to create a help ticket to reach the support team. It has a section titled 'How to chat with EA Help' to walk you through how to reach them through live chat.

    Yes I initially was able to raise a ticket and the ticket was closed 12 hours later saying fixed when the issue hadn't been fixed. Now whenever I try to open a new case it goes straight to status "waiting on player" it says I have to press resume case otherwise the case will be autoclosed. When I press resume case NOTHING HAPPENS. 

    I had coins wiped from my account for coin buying when all I had done was trade - I have never bought coins. EA have now done something to my account whereby I can't raise another case as it automatically goes into "waiting on player". It's ridiculous after raising one case EA have now prevented me from raising any other cases or talking to EA chat. There is clearly come sort of autoblock now on my account. Every SINGLE time I try to create a new case it goes straight into the "waiting for player" limbo status.

    Absolutely disgraceful way to treat a customer who has done nothing wrong.

  • Did you contact the terms of service team?  That is who you need to contact to appeal a ban.

    Hi EA_lanna, 

    I've been trying to reach someone from EA about a major issue im facing and need help with. I've tried raising a ticket and reading all available resources but nothing has proved helpful so far. I would appreciate it if we can chat privately for support on this matter.
