Division Reset Issue Without Playing + No Rewards

  Hi, Yesterday I was in Division 3, and today when I came back home to keep playing and try to reach Division 2, I noticed I was suddenly back in Division 4 — even though I didn’t play any matches...

Did the season end?  If so you get relegated at the end of it.

    Não, termina hoje. Eu tentei jogar ontem e vi que fui rebaixado para a Divisão 4, mesmo assim não recebi nenhuma recompensa nem nada.
