Do gold cards get upgrades as well? And evo doesn't upgrade accordingly?

I evolved Yamal when the evo Bag of Tricks was released. Today I found that the evolved card only has three stars skill moves while his base card has four. And when I look at this evolved card on Futbin, it also says four stars. Other than the skill moves, there are some individual attributes with +1 differences. It feels like FC has upgrade his gold base card later on but those who evolved him before that didn't get upgrades accordingly.

Edits: Seems to be app glitch. The stats are correct in game.
