Does EA care about their customers?

EA stopped caring about their customers after they came up with micro transactions. They only way we makes them start listening again is to stop giving them money!

Won't happen. Until another company challenges EA with a new football game that can compete, EA will continue their gross business practices of releasing crappy gameplay and coming out with broken content to sell to make the gameplay more bearable.  This is why you see the same players, same formations, and same tactics with every rival and WL games you play on UT. Not to mention, with every update and patch causes more bugs and glitches to kill the gameplay. EA is a company that thrives on the toxicity the create.

  • Couldn’t agree more. It’s sad to see what used to be a great game get destroyed my selfishness and greed.

  • Nope.. for example an Evo issue that was 500k started being investigated 24 days ago… still no update fromEA_Pulsar orEA_Vendcera

500 thousand coins and over 3 weeks later and all anyone has ever heard about this issue is “we’re investigating” . No care whatsoever about their player base.. just their wallets

  • It won't happen. There have been too many people that have played this game with room temperature IQ over the years and spent stupid amounts of money. EA now don't have any other plan than to milk the whales. The entire franchise revolves around that concept and EA are crumbling due to technical debt & **bleep** poor launches. They won't risk anything changing with Fifa. They've got nothing left.
