Double payment for the same game

Question

Recently I purchased FC 25 for my Rog Ally.

When proceed to payment, probably due to connecting issue, i hv paid twice for the same game.

When I consult EA support, they inform me that they won't be able to refund, and I hv been purchased the same game twice.

How is it possible to buy a same game with same account twice?
