EA account linked to both ps5 and Xbox series s.

I'm sorry, I wish I had better news but there isn't a way to preserve the game data and access.

Once unlinked, the Xbox/Playstation account will no longer have access to the game and progress stored on the original EA account. In order to play with each other online, one of them would need to link their console to a separate EA account, pick up a new copy of the game, and start fresh.

Our EA Help guide shares more about unlinking and the risks; it'd be good to read through it before unlinking anything:
