EA Account Locked. Hacked Email, No Access to Verification Codes.

Hi everyone,

I’m in an extremely frustrating and stressful situation and really need help from the EA community or staff.

My EA account is linked to an email that has been hacked. The hacker has changed the recovery methods and enabled 2-step verification, so I no longer have any access to the email or the codes being sent for verification.

Until recently, I could still play the game on my regular device. But now, even on the same device, EA is asking for email verification, so I’m completely locked out of my account and can’t access the game at all.

I’ve contacted EA Support multiple times – including again today – and I keep getting the same response:

“We can’t help you update the email.”

One support agent even told me earlier that there were server issues and asked me to try again later, but nothing has changed since.

This is a verified, long-standing account, and I’m more than willing to provide purchase history, linked platform details, and anything else needed to prove ownership.

All I need is for someone to help me update the email or escalate this issue to the proper team.

It’s shocking that there is no proper recovery process for a case like this.

If anyone here has experienced something similar or knows a real solution, please let me know.
