EA Anitcheat error "This software cannot be used at the same time as the game"

I try to get solution on youtube 

1. I restarted the laptop
2. I checked and cleared the background app using task manager
3. I Updated,repaired and uninstalled and re installed the ea anticheater
4. And also I uninstall the game and re installed 

I done all the above stuff's but it show this error always please give me solution . Iam not playing this game for more than 2 weeks . I need a solution.
