EA Bots in FC25 FUT Champions and Rivals
Dear EA Support,
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and concern regarding my recent experience in FC25, specifically in FUT Champions and Rivals. Over the past several games, it has become painfully obvious that I am not playing against real human opponents, but rather against bots created by EA. This is incredibly disappointing, especially given the level of time and money invested in this game.
Here are the key issues:
1. Bot-Like Opponents: Every single game I’ve played in FUT Champions has had identical patterns, movements, and gameplay styles. It feels as though these opponents were all trained in the same “FC School,” displaying the same robotic movements and behaviors. My players, on the other hand, seem impaired—passes going in the wrong direction, players running behind defenders, and ridiculous errors that destroy any scoring opportunities.
2. Suspicious Ping and Difficulty: My friend and I both have 1GB internet, and when we search for games at the same time, our pings range between 24ms to 28ms. However, in these suspect matches, the ping remains a consistent and suspicious 12ms. After losing 10 games and winning only 4, I decided to test if these opponents were real by intentionally introducing fake delay (0.1 Mbps download/upload). Despite this, there was no noticeable lag, which should be impossible in a real match.
3. Impossible In-Game Scenarios: Goalkeepers react impossibly fast in one-on-one situations, my players have terrible first touches, and their speed and movement are severely hindered. These factors point towards manipulation by the AI to make these games unfairly difficult.
4. Shadow Banning?: This issue started when I reached Division 5. Is it possible that I am being shadow-banned for progressing too quickly? Am I now stuck playing against EA bots under the guise of human opponents, purely because I performed well?
This situation reeks of player abuse, and I demand answers. Why am I not being matched against real players? Why are bots being used to ruin my gaming experience? I have spent countless hours and money on this game, and to be treated this way is completely unacceptable.
