Second time writing this out as my first one was deleted, weirdly.
Where can I speak with one of the EA reps about my connection report screenshot?? My connection quality score was near perfect yet the game is unplayable for me? The delay is incredible and the gameplay is ridiculously heavy.
This is the point they disappear. The majority of people running the reports come back all well within the tolerance. But still get awful gameplay.
You might get someone along telling you that if you are on wireless or have a minuscule packet loss that it’s your fault. They will continue to represent you as an example of you being the issue.
That about sums up how it works.
ExtraLongMatches yeah it’s ridiculous in all honesty. I’ve got 0.01% packet loss which wouldn't make even the slightest impact on gsmeplay. bear in mind even by EA’s own admission this shows as green on the connection report meaning no affect on gameplay. My score is 97 and every other game plays absolutely perfect. When I play fifa it’s hopeless. Definitey an issue on EA’s end. Has to be their servers
You should take a video with the online input overlay on. This will show how much delay you have.
One controller is your local connection on screen. The second controller is connected to the server. Push a button or move the stick and count how many seconds it takes to light up on the second controller. So if you have delay like some on here you could count 4 seconds between controllers.

Ea goes over it. The last big thread we had they went over everyone’s connection. It proved it wasn’t a server issue and was people isp. Only one person had a good connection score. Ea asked for a video but he didn’t want to post a video.
More times than not like a post yesterday people realize they don’t have delay after using the online input overlay. There has been a couple with 4 second delay but only a couple.
But like ea said they would need to see it if your connection is fine to pass it on.
They will not help. The video will do nothing, even if they look at it.
EA has access to all of the data. Getting users to send a video of this is just to make you feel as though they are doing something. If they are even remotely competent, they do not need any footage. They should be logging all PUT/POST/GET requests and their responses. These logs will be stamped with both a session id & a time stamp. If EA could, or wanted, to resolve the issue, they would.
I mean they probably do test the servers but will also go over feedback. When ea went over your connection 3 times saying you had high packet loss. It showed it was on your end. When it is a server issue they fix it and give compensation. Like when people reported the dcing last week or when they fixed the sa server a year or so ago. Thats why its important to show the videos or report it.

BeridianNithronRadioShaqs i have to say I agree with the points made by Beridian there. There is no way the connection issues are on my end. My packet loss was 0.01% which would have absolutely zero effect on gameplay. Like Beridian, my ISP have been out, recently, and confimed my connnection is absolutely fine. I called them out as fc25 was so unplayable. It goes back to the same thing, there are so many complaints on here about the heavy delayed gameplay and and every other game we all play works perfectly. The common theme is FC. The servers always kick us out or don’t let is in during TOTS for example so this suggests it’s a server issue on EA’s end surely? so does the fact the later on in the day it gets, the gsmeplay improves sometimes. FC is a failure I know this much
