I hope you get a response. All I can do is try to get people to report it. It’s up to ea or your isp to figure out where the problem is. I really think those threads where ea go over everyone’s connection is important as it’s transparent and lets everyone know what’s going on.
Although that thread isn’t the same issue as yours. It was more so you can get the link to screen shot your isp score and match history as he explains that in that thread.
You might be better off just posting those and the video in here. Either way hopefully they go over your examples.
