EA FC 25, cheating report, closed case, no fix available

In EA FC 25 in Ultimate team; Champions mode i played against a player who was clearly cheating. I provided EA even video evidence, and EA just closed my case wtih No Fix? How can that be no fix? At ...

@Kavcic123 I played vs 4 or 5 Cheater in Wl yesterday...some of them are a bit Undercover now. One Hacker instant let my Game Crash after he scored a Goal. Big Funkiller right now with this stupid Hackers.
