Ea fc 25 Closed beta - Ea app download not working

Code redeemed on steam for PC but when it takes me to the ea app to download it im unable to click download and the icon appears greyed out

have u solved it yet? mine just doesn't let me download it and shows an error to download

Try clearing the EA app cache as follows, then reboot your PC and router and retry, thanks.

Select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app.

Scroll to Help.

Click App recovery.

Select Clear cache.

I have the same error and i did what u guys says and it didnt work at all
