I received a code to downlpad the closed beta testing. When I type the code in on the redeem code portion. I got a message saying it was already redeemed but I did not redeem the code

My issue is that the code I was given does not work at all. I was not able to download the beta testing.
One of the worst betas I've been with cant even play the game no game modes available cheers EA safe to say I'm never pre ordering one of these games ever again was really excited to get a code for the beta and like so many others I literally can't play the game I honestly don't know why I thought ea could be trusted with something this simple when they just don't care
