Can i play the online modes of EA FC 25 from Sri Lanka if I purchase the game? There is no mention of the region being supported, the currency is also in Indian Rupees.

You should be able to play the game from anywhere.
The closest FC Data center from you seem to be in Mumbai so you might have a little a bit of ping but you should be able to connect online.

If you buy it in a physical store, you probably need to ask the store.
The prices if you purchase digitally have the taxes included in the price you see displayed.
