EA FC 25 Option to reconnect to a pro clubs match

I spent a lot of time playing pro clubs. Most of that time was spent playing 11v11.
If one player disconnects during the game or does not manage to connect at all when starting the game, they are unable to reconnect.

This leads to 21 players having to quit the game or disconnect from servers and try and re-launch the match.

Why is there no option added in pro clubs to reconnect to a match while its being played?

I cant think of any other online game that has more than 10 players in a match without an option to reconnect.
