EA can you please add hidden manager faces into the free agent managers??!! This would make career choice much more exciting plus you could add faces of icons who could be managers and faces you already have on file like Carrick at Boro for example we could choose their faces to use as a manager.  Also if you could implement this it would be a good feature to have managers sacked in your career and these free agent ones could fill positions so for example van Nistelrooy sacked at Leicester and someone like Alardyce comes in. Adds to the narrative, makes teams adopt different tactics when they replace manager, adds variety
