EA Help beta code issue keeps saying invalid code?

I received a PS4 code even though my preferred platform is PS5. I am trying to use the new help tool but every time I submit the case I get an email saying my beta code is invalid. I’m literally copy...

    I'm sorry to say, we cannot grant a code for a different platform than the one yours was created for.

    @EA_Aljo Hi, I understand this but when I’m trying to submit a case (using the self service beta code tool) the case is immediately being closed as it thinks my beta code is invalid? Not sure what else I’m supposed to do or what the purpose of the self help tool is.

    This is clearly an error which has been posted about hundreds of times by other users today. How else can this be fixed?

    Can i get a new code then? My code was for PC which is what i use but i tried to enter my code on the EA APP and it said it was invalid. File has been attached

      Please open a case with an advisor so they can assist with this. Instructions for that can be found here.

      @AutographSumo96 

      If the tool here for generating a new code isn't working, try contacting an advisor as I mentioned above.
