EA Help beta code issue keeps saying invalid code?

I received a PS4 code even though my preferred platform is PS5. I am trying to use the new help tool but every time I submit the case I get an email saying my beta code is invalid. I’m literally copy...

    I'm sorry to say, we cannot grant a code for a different platform than the one yours was created for.

  I cannot redeem my code on Steam or the EA  app. I get the error that my product code is invalid. What do I need to do for the code to work?
