EA Incorrect FUT Transfer Market Ban

I just wanted to make you all aware of my experience in case there are others (which it certainly seems there are) that are having the same issues. 

I have been banned from the FUT transfer market for coin distribution. This came out of the blue for me, I had obviously heard of it as anyone who plays FUT has, but I have no idea how it works or how to benefit from it.

I appealed to the ToS via EA help explaining this but they simply reply that they have 'made the correct decision as I have broken their rules'.

This made me do a bit of research as to what on earth could have made them ban me and I think I found it. It is to do with buying players at a price which is over their current 'value' on the market.

I think the transaction that has got me banned is I was trying to buy 87 TOTW Dembele for the TOTY Blueprint evo. This item was obviously extinct but after repeating the search for a while a player popped up and I instantly hit Buy Now. However, it was 88 TOTW Dembele and I bought him for 120,000 (very stupid, I know). His value according to FUTBIN was 50-60,000 at the time.

I have explained this to ToS but again, their reply is that they have 'made the correct decision as I have broken their rules'.

I have actually had EA's back. With all the whinging and complaining I think FUT is brilliant, I think the gameplay is great and I think the customisation of players and tactics is great.

But this is just completely unacceptable from EA and they need to look into this as I have seen others have this issue also.

A automatic ban for one transaction that was a complete mistake is completely unfair on users of the game.

What's more, EA are the ones that allow players to be listed for more than their 'value', they set the price cap. For example, 88 TOTW Dembele price cap was actually 160,000, so I didn't even buy at his full price potential. How they ban a user for buying a player under a price cap that they set, even if it's more than their current 'value'. It only takes one click of a button and your banned.

This automated ban system/algorithm that I've been reading about needs looking into as it's completely unfair on people who are just playing the game.

The WORST thing is, a few days ago I packed TOTY Sophia Smith TRADABLE and sold for 5,207,000 (which was her going rate at the time before anyone asks). BY FAR the best card I have ever packed and was looking forward to building a really decent team for once.

I am a Div1/Div2 player for those who would like to know.

Unfortunately this will be then end of EAFC for me as it's just ludicrously unacceptable. I hope other have more 'luck'.
