EA lets hackers ruin Champs matches, refuses to help — this breaks UK law

If you think someone is hacking report them. 

Just had another Champs match where my team was frozen from kickoff white cursors on every player no control while my opponent ran through and scored I didnt quit because EA only counts progress if you stay in the match so I waited then the opponent force closed my game remotely and I was handed a loss I have video evidence of the whole thing I sent it to EA and their response was we cant do anything no reversal no help no compensation just a standard reply this has happened to me 2 or 3 times every FUT Champs weekend its clearly a known exploit being abused instead of protecting players or restoring whats lost EA does nothing this goes beyond bad support its illegal under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 digital products and services sold in the UK must be delivered with reasonable care and skill that means protecting users from abuse and unfair loss EA refusing to act even with proof despite losses and missed rewards breaches their legal responsibility they punish the victim and reward the cheater theyre still running outdated netcode allowing exploits and ignoring the problem meanwhile players who spend money and play fair get shafted with no protection so im asking what do you plan to do to make this right not just for me but for every legit player affected we deserve a real answer

You played against a hacker. You have no choice but to leave the game. Anything else is a waste of time.

haking in EA FC25 is out of control to be onest there is no day to not meet at list 2 hackers and to report is waste of time is like go to website etc so many steps to report hackers i fill like EA helping hackers. But don`t understand way people hack is just game have fun is just ruin other people games i not great player but i am so happy when i make win even if close one because is fun hacking is just ruins games but people are so disperat and addict to open packs they need to hack that big problem on this game casion packs open. People who hack are low self of steam and never win something in the live or try to work hard. I am not pro players but i get very upsate when i lose againts hacker instant to fair guy when a fair guy beat i stay and respect him. But we need in game button to report instant hacker i say it before and i will say again it much easy like that then go outside of game remeber guy name go forum and report him that way are so many hackers because they now, no one will bother to go all stepts to report make more simple and you will see less hackers
