EA Play Pro - Hero Player Item question

https://www.ea.com/en-gb/games/ea-sports-fc/ea-play says that "Untradeable Ultimate Team Hero Player Item for EA SPORTS FC™ 25" is available for EA Play Pro. But I thought "Untradeable Ultimate Team Hero Player Item for EA SPORTS FC™ 25" was only available when you pre-purchase the EA SPORTS FC™ 25 Ultimate Edition before 20 August.

Could you please clarify?

The Hero player Item is granted in either case. It's a early pre-order bonus, and an EA Play Pro bonus (although they don't stack; you can't get the Hero from both).

So if I subscribe to EA Play Pro AFTER 20th August, I will receive Hero Item?

Also, will the item still be evolved in November if I cancel my subscription after a month then have purchased the game (standard edition)?

How long does it take for the pack to show up on my account? I just purchased EA Pro Play and have not received it today. 

I just bought it hoping it would go to my Xbox? Why isn’t it there do I need to wait
