EA PLAY PRO REWARDS

I specifically bought EA PLAY PRO for the FC 25 Ultimate Team rewards included with the membership. When I downloaded the game and accessed Ultimate Team the packs were there but when I tried opening them it said the packs were unavailable due to being refunded? I spoke to multiple agents on the live chat and they reassured me it would be fixed which initially stopped me from attempting a refund on the membership, 5 days after purchasing the membership it still won't work and I attempted to finally go for a membership refund due to not receiving the content I paid for. When attempting this refund I was told by live chat this would not be possible so when I then asked them to fix the packs on my account they told me they couldn't help me and ended the chat and completely revoked my access to contact EA via email or live chat. This is a terrible way to treat customers and EA are essentially scamming their customers by not offering a refund or not helping resolve the initial issues with the packs. This will be the last time I ever purchase anything EA related and I'm extremely disappointed to be treated this way especially after the thousands of pounds I've spent on FC/Fifa titles in the past.
