EA servers down.

Hey. I am unable to play Ultimate Team and finish my FUT birthady cup 2 because I can not log in Ultimate team. because of servers and I do not have much time left. Will you extend the time for that when you have problems ? We Pay so much money for this game and this is all we get. Great
