EA servers not connecting

When i click on the eafc app, it loads and then it says “you have lost your connection to your home network” however my internet connection is stable with a speed at around 300mbps but sometimes it lets me load in but when i click on ultimate team it sometimes says unable to connect to ultimate team and it puts me back to the home menu, or it either loads me into ultimate team and after 30 seconds it just crashes, what can i do to solve this issue that has been going on for 3 days?
