EAFC25 crashing on load up Xbox series x

Hi

I just purchased EA FC 25 standard edition on my Xbox series x and I can’t play it, it crashes when loading, the furthest it gets is to the Home Screen and then crashes. I have tried all fixes found online in terms of reinstalling the game, resetting console etc. can this please be fixed or can I please get a refund.
