Evolution disappeared after starting – coins gone

I started an Evolution on a player and paid the required coins, but the Evolution didn’t start properly. Now it has disappeared from the menu completely, and the player is not showing any progress or Evolution status. However, my coins were deducted. The player is still in my club and hasn’t been sold, moved, or changed in any way.

Please help or let me know if this is a known issue.
