Evolution problem

I recently done an evolution(can’t remember what it was called) but it gave my CB (tosin adarabioyo) dead ball+ and 99FKA, i logged on this morning and the dead ball+ has been replaced with anticipate+, but he has kept the 99FKA does anyone know why this has happened
