Has anyone else been banned without a reason?

Yup been buying the games from Fifa 14 got my account and email compromised during FIFA 20 recently got them back around 4 months ago keep in mind ive been buying the game and playing on an alt when i tried to get my issue resolved they told me no and pushed me over company needs fixed honestly.

I have done that, they didnt fix it
