Falsely banned, and EA won't accept more cases. Is my web app ban permanent??
About a week ago, I was banned for 14 days for "coin distribution". Although I still believe it is unacceptable for EA to ban a person who's never bought coins before, I'm willing to sit through the ban, as it's only 14 days. I wanted to know if this means my web app has been disabled permanently, or only for the 14 days. I don't really know which transfer got me banned, but the last thing I remember is trying to sell a tradeable special card for 15k (min price), but misclicking and selling it close to the default price around 30k. After it obviously didn't sell, I tried to relist it for less, but I clicked the same place twice, which made me relist the card for the same price. After that, I did a few SBCs and got off, then got a ban email sent my way within a few minutes. EA support hasn't done anything to help me at all, and they don't respond to me because they still think I bought coins in July. 😂
