Fc 25 beta download problem

Hi, I’ve got the fc 25 beta code for ps5, I tried to put it in and selected a game to download and it didn’t download, and then I tried to put the code back in and it says the code has already been r...

    @EA_Aljo Thanks for the suggestion but I already tried that and it's not in there.

    I have since managed to get it to start downloading. The way to get it to actually install is on the Xbox go to settings, payment & billing then order history, select it to download.

Try going to the PlayStation store in a web browser. Then, find the beta and try initiating the download from there. Thanks!
