You won’t notice a difference from 90 to 95 rating. Everyone is 99 pace now and has tots. The only time you will notice a really big difference is during the start of the year with 99 pace attackers agains 60 pace defenders. Everyone is basically min maxing right now.
People will tell you it’s all pay to win but skill matters more.
