FC 25 points on account

Hi,

Basically I had bought points on the FC 25 companion but they never showed on my account so I contacted my bank as advised by an EA advisor and got a refund. The points are now on my account and need removed to prevent any chargeback fraud. They have not been used. Can someone please help me with this.
