FC 25 POINTS

I bought the game on Christmas 24th with the promotion of me getting it 70% off and 500 free FC points it's been more than a month I've tried contacting ea they haven't given me anything did anyone have this problem?

    Where did you buy the game ? 

    I don't think any of our promotions give FC 500 points with the base game. Can you show a screenshot or a link of that offer ?
