FC 25 Standard Edition Pre-Order content missing

Same. I filed a help case yesterday but no reply. Reddit and this forum is full of people with the same issue.

It's an absolute joke and goes down as false advertising to be honest.

How to use EA Help

1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
2. Select EA Sports FC 25
3. Select the "See all help topics"
4. Select the option I'm looking for something I bought
5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
