FC 25 Stuck on loading screen when start the game

Whenever I play my first head-to-head game, everything goes smoothly.When I play the second or third game, my game screen will stuck in the loading screen and can't move. After a few minutes, it will show that my network connection has failed and I can only return to the main interface.But my network is fine and there is no problem. These things happened in my second/third game and there is a regularity.I have lost many matches and ranking points because of these problems.This has seriously affected my gaming experience.
