FC 25 trial not redeeming on xbox series s

Without it, you can only access EA SPORTS FC™ 25 SHOWCASE version which contains a rotating selection of content, features and modes

Yes, I have gamepass ultimate and EA play active 

It seems that you have downloaded the FC 25 Showcase, so try to delete it and look for the FC 25 game 10-hour trial in the store. 

It's sends me straight to teh pictured version of the game and when trying to use the free trial it says I already own this

I I bought Game pass ultimate yesterday when I downloaded the free trial it was not working as it did not show the  trial instead it was showing the showcase I really need help can someone please help me so I can fix the issue 

Did anyone found a fix to this problem
