Fc ban
I've been playing FIFA and FC since the very beginning, but since last September, they've banned me from online play in all FC games. I still bought FC26 hoping the ban might be lifted or that it was just a mistake. I've tried appealing over 50 times, but it kept saying the case wasn't created, even though the ban is for cheating. My account was actually hacked by some "digesti.mail" address, but I managed to get it back and finally got an appeal through. I've been waiting three days for them to review it. They already cleared a ban on my Apex Legends account that I never even played, but they won't budge on FC. I want to get FC27, but the ban is stopping me. Any advice?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues raising a ban dispute, but it's good to hear that you finally managed to get through to our terms of service team. It can take a few days for them to get back to you; I can only recommend that you're patient until you get a reply. You'll get an email from them when they're done investigating.
