FC Companion App problems?

I’ve encountered a situation where the FC 25 Companion App has bugged and I have lost rewards:

Upon completing a 90+ Mixed Heroes Player Pick SBC, with two squads rated 87 and 88 rated to be submitted, I claimed the individual squad rewards and the group rewards (the player pick). When I clicked on the player pick redeem option, my finger accidentally clicked outside of the selection box, and the player pick selection vanished. It did not claim any of the options, and both squads that I had submitted for the SBC were gone from my club.

How do I get this back, especially since that was pretty much all my fodder? I haven’t checked my unlisted items on my FC 25, but I don’t think I’m likely to find it. Thoughts?
