@Makasnaka nobody be helping, i have the same problem and there is no way to reach out to someone about this, and all the help doesn’t tell us how to fix this
If you haven't used one time transfer option in FC 25, contact EA support and they will transfer the FC points to Fc 25.

Also, make sure to launch FC 24 so that points are on FC 24 and then only EA Support will able to transfer them to FC 25.
