FC Points - FC 25
I bought FC points through the PS store from approximately two weeks, and I didn’t receive any points till now!.
any suggestions what i can i can, or if someone faced the same problem with him can help.

Please ensure to check your purchase history to confirm if you bought FC 25 points and not FC 24 points by accident. Also, open FC 24 and verify your points there as well.
I bought points and redeem them all went fine reloaded the game and the points haven’t been added to my account this has been about 3 weeks now
I checked my purchase history to confirm that I bought FC 25 points and not FC 24 points, but unfortunately still I haven’t received any of them till now.
